Bluebonnets 2010
We made our trip to Ennis (actually Ferris) to take our bluebonnet pictures finally. We were a little later this year than last so there were a few more wildflowers mixed in. But I think that made for some pretty pictures as well.
Maddi did much better this year, too. She was a little hesitant about walking around on her own at first, but would let us put her down a few times. She at least didn't act like the flowers were going to kill her like she did last year! She even did good with her potty training! She told us she had to go and held it all the way back to the truck (which was far!) and went on the little travel potty we had brought. I know that sounds dumb but I'm glad we did it. Otherwise, we would have been teaching her to squat in the bushes. I actually gave her the option of going in the grass or on the potty in the truck. She said "I want to go on the potty at home." Sorry, not an option. So potty in the truck it was! Ha!
We made the trek with our friends the Doggets. We got a few pics with Maddi and Noelle that are really cute. And Maddi LOVED baby Ethan!
Here are some of our pics from today. We had to deal with the wind and the sun. We did our best but there are quite a few shadows and bright spots in our pics. I did my best to edit a few of them but they are what they are!

The Doggets. What a beautiful family!
This is a shirt that both Moss' mom and sister wore as babies and Moss' mom wanted a pic of Maddi in it as well. It's actually a dress, but as you can tell they gave it to us a little late. We had to put it with a pair of shorts. But I still think it turned out cute!
