Bluebonnets

Today we drove out to Ennis to take pictures in the bluebonnets! I was so excited and so happy that Moss agreed to go. Especially, since he was somewhat not thrilled about it to begin with. We found some really beautiful fields...unfortunately, Maddi was less than cooperative. You would have thought we were torturing her by setting her down in the bluebonnets! She was happy as long as we were in the truck or one of us was holding her. But as soon as we set her down...complete meltdown. I'm not really sure what her deal was with the bluebonnets but she was not digging them! She did cheer up a little here and there, but for the most part it was pretty miserable trying to get some good pictures. As I went through the pictures later, we had managed to "fake" some pretty cute ones. Not great, but they will do. I purposely included some of the crying shots so you could see what we were dealing with! Maybe next year will be better.

We told her we were ready to string her up by her toes...so that's what we did! She seemed to enjoy it though.
